Job Summary
Maintenance Tech I at Mastronardi Produce is responsible for plant and building maintenance of packaging machinery and the facility, following maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules, managing equipment, tools, and spare parts, and engaging in preventative, predictive and emergency maintenance to support optimized production in a 24/7 Kingsville refrigerated facility. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior related experience, with competencies in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing, plus a strong team-focused attitude and ability to maintain equipment and materials in good working order.
