Job Summary
Maintenance Tech I for Fairway Management (JES Holdings) focusing on basic residential maintenance, unit turns, and curb appeal. Responsibilities include maintaining curb appeal, processing daily resident work orders, being available for after-hours on-call, carrying applicable maintenance tools, conducting timely unit turns (painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning as needed), assisting neighboring properties, procuring supplies with a registered/insured vehicle, reporting to Property/Regional Managers and Maintenance Superintendent, traveling for regional/corporate training, maintaining professional relationships with residents/vendors/staff, reporting health and safety concerns, overtime as needed, and participating in training programs including HVAC, safety, HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards, and State inspections. Required: High School diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in relevant fields. Required Qualifications

- Experience: Entry level (0–2 years) of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related fields
