Job Summary
Perform planned PMs, maintenance inspections, and repairs while executing emergency adjustments during line operations. Modify or fabricate equipment to optimize production processes and install new machinery for reliability. Maintain building facilities, including wastewater treatment, refrigeration, steam systems, and winter perimeter walkways. Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers and electrical equipment using knowledge of AC/DC circuits and motor control. Complete required paperwork accurately while adhering to GMPs, SOPs, allergen control programs, and HACCP plans. Monitor critical control points and report suspicious activities. Requires one year of technical school or three to six months of related experience, plus relevant licenses for wastewater, boiler, and mechanical systems. Shift runs 11pm to 8am.
Required Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of AC and DC circuits
- Working knowledge of motor control
- Working knowledge of control circuitry
- Electrical licenses
- WW treatment licenses
- Boiler certificates
- Mechanical certificates
- This is 3rd shift from 11pm-8am
