Job Summary
Property Maintenance Technician with EPA/HVAC certification is sought to perform general maintenance including HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repairs, and grounds upkeep. Responsibilities include using an IPAD/tablet for daily tasks, assisting with unit turns, maintaining a clean and safe grounds, and participating in an on-call rotation. Requires HVAC certification, High School education or equivalent, and roughly two years of maintenance experience. Schedule is full-time, typically Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with on-call duties; pay ranges up to $22-$24/hour depending on experience. - High School education or equivalent
- Two years of maintenance experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC repairs.
- Valid driver’s license
