Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep of the property to enhance curb appeal and support staff in efficient property management. Responsibilities include performing daily building walk-downs, replacing burned-out bulbs and batteries in emergency lighting, completing work orders and unit turnovers, monitoring property conditions and reporting unsafe issues, and assisting the Property Manager as needed. Requires adherence to company policies and applicable laws (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing) and the ability to participate in standby emergency coverage (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Required Qualifications
- Full time janitorial/maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification preferred
