Job Summary
Conduct preventative and repair maintenance to ensure property standards while treating guests warmly. Complete work orders for replacing ceiling tiles, sheetrock, wallpaper, and electrical fixtures; perform minor plumbing, painting, and lawn care tasks. Maintain curb appeal through snow removal, gardening, and trash removal. Focus on guest satisfaction scores and increase departmental ratings. Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and comply with OSHA standards. Work varied shifts including holidays and weekends, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires previous maintenance experience and trade school coursework.
