Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs for building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical. Address resident repair requests and maintain common area cleanliness, including pool grounds. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to resolve issues. Work independently across multiple associations in Brevard County, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs for up to eight hours daily in variable weather. Requires valid driver's license and general computer skills. Salary commensurate with experience; comprehensive benefits and training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
