Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance inspections on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems across multiple community associations. Address repair requests from residents and resolve issues in common areas, while maintaining cleanliness of outdoor amenities like pools. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for necessary repairs. Work independently with little supervision, standing, bending, and climbing for up to eight hours daily while safely lifting up to 50 lbs in variable weather. Requires a valid driver's license and general computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
