Job Summary
Perform preventative and repair maintenance in a hotel environment, including replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, sheetrock, wallpaper, painting designated areas, basic electrical work, plumbing, and related tasks. Maintain curb appeal through snow removal, lawn care, gardening, and trash removal. Focus on guest satisfaction and safety, comply with MSDS/OSHA, and complete work orders as assigned; schedule may include holidays, weekends, and varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and Trade school course work in related field preferred
- Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training required
