Maintenance Tech FT

Maintenance Tech FT responsible for assisting in coordinating and performing maintenance duties to keep the community clean, safe, and functional. Duties include coordinating and performing repairs and emergency fixes, painting and minor building repairs, assisting residents with moving furniture, supervising safety and compliance (including HIPAA), coordinating contracted services, daily walk-arounds, responding promptly to residents and families, maintaining a safe work environment, and participating in trainings and required meetings. Must be able to follow policies, work with empathy and respect toward residents and staff, and be considered essential personnel during emergencies. Requires high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 1-2 years related experience or training; able to perform physical tasks (up to 50 pounds) and understand safety practices.
