Maintenance Tech FT

Maintenance Tech FT duties include assisting in maintenance planning and coordination to keep the community clean, safe, and orderly; leading emergency repairs within capability; assisting with aesthetic improvements inside and outside; helping residents move furniture; performing hands-on repairs; coordinating contracted services; conducting daily walk-arounds; responding promptly to resident, family, and visitor requests; maintaining HIPAA compliance; and participating in trainings and mandatory meetings. The role requires safe work practices, empathy and respectful interaction with residents, and ability to handle daily maintenance tasks and special projects. Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform duties in a community setting with attention to safety and policy adherence.
