Maintenance Tech

Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, performing vinyl repairs, touch-up painting, minor furniture repair, tub caulking, and tile work. Conduct preventative maintenance for ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, guest rooms, meeting rooms, and the swimming pool. Perform plumbing and laundry equipment repairs, maintain all exhaust fans and supplies, monitor energy conservation, and repair vacuum cleaners. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, assess emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk. Reports directly to the Area Chief Engineer at Homewood Suites Manchester. Willing to train for this role.
