Job Summary
Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, light carpentry, appliance repair, and groundskeeping while maintaining clean, safe, and appealing property standards. Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to attend daily meetings for vendor coordination, communicate professionally with staff and management, and report maintenance concerns directly. Mow, weed, edge common areas and vacant lots, conduct irrigation system repairs, and drive maintenance trucks to various locations. Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies, moving heavy objects up to 50 pounds as needed. Willing to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
