Job Summary
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment while responding promptly to resident and staff requests. Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of appliances, fixtures, and structural elements, maintaining accurate records of work orders and inventory. Assist with safety inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations and support community event setups. Collaborate with team members to identify improvement areas and implement solutions. Requires proven experience in facilities management, knowledge of electrical and plumbing techniques, and a valid driver's license. Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm with one weekend off monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
