Maintenance Tech - Electrician

Adhere to health and safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and wear required PPE while troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment in production areas. Plan and perform complex corrective and preventative maintenance, optimizing work order planning, scheduling, and cost implications using the SAP-PM CMMS system. Master system reporting and work order methods to improve completion rates, reduce backlogs, and develop rules for condition-based maintenance. Contribute to measurable improvements in scheduled and breakdown downtime to meet cost-per-case goals, while completing daily documentation including logs, downtime reports, and material requisitions. This role supports Refresco's mission to distribute beverages globally by maintaining production sites in Europe and North America.
