Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all production, facilities, and maintenance equipment while troubleshooting machine problems and contacting outside vendors as needed. Complete work orders from the computerized system, input data, and order special parts for breakdowns. Repairs, modifies, or assembles manufacturing and facility equipment, designs simple jigs, and translates blueprints into products. Troubleshoot issues involving pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, PLC, and servo drives, responding to Corrective Action Reports. Train and mentor Maintenance Associates, ensure work areas meet 5S standards, and follow IATF-16949 and APQP processes. Work 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 2nd shift, with possible overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Skilled trade experience or trade school training
- Knowledge of mechanical processes
- Knowledge of welding
- Knowledge of blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical
- Knowledge of pneumatics
- PLC experience
