Job Summary
Maintain facility equipment and perform general maintenance duties including painting, drywall, flooring demo and install, light plumbing, carpentry and minor electrical repair; perform routine and preventative maintenance on the facility and its equipment; replace burned out lights and exit lights; service heating and cooling units (HVAC/PTAC); keep laundry room machines clean; clean and maintain air vents; maintain storage and mechanical rooms; assist with winter snow removal; use WorxHub maintenance software on an Apple iPhone; require basic literacy in English and arithmetic; prior general construction experience including carpentry, painting, and related trades; proficient with basic computer skills; valid Oregon driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Technical Schooling and/or background preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and perform simple arithmetic
- Experience in general construction including carpentry, painting and/or other trades
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, email)
- Valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record
