Job Summary
The Maintenance Tech provides effective maintenance, engineering, and mechanical system support to hospital campuses and facilities. Responsibilities include performing planned and general maintenance functions on systems and equipment, maintaining accurate records of work, and assisting in purchasing necessary parts and supplies. Required skills include the ability to read blueprints, knowledge of healthcare facility systems and codes, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in trade work such as electricity, plumbing, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and locksmith or HVAC certification from an accredited program if no prior work experience
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC Certification
- Universal Refrigeration Certification
- Valid Georgia Driver's License with clean driving record
