Job Summary
Ensure resident service requests are completed timely with minimal call backs while performing preventative maintenance throughout the year. Oversee the turn process for resident move-outs and maintain an excellent rapport with residents and office staff. Schedule and perform minor and routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions in physical property. Requires solid background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC with at least two years of residential maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Full-time role including on-call shifts and weekends as needed.
