Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three plus years maintenance experience in residential property
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds
- Ability to provide proof of personal auto liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Pool certification
- HVAC certification
- Boiler certification
Additional Requirements
- Driver must have reliable means of transportation
- Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving
