Maintenance Tech

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment, systems, and facilities at the 181-bed Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed. Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, corridors, and rooms. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of our facility. Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and repairs.
