EPA Certified Maintenance Technician sought to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in compliance with EPA Section 608; perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs; complete preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and property reliability; respond to resident service requests; participate in an on-call rotation; use property management software and mobile technology to manage work orders, inventory, and maintenance records; maintain safety and quality workmanship while upholding professional customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Required Qualifications
