Maintenance Tech

Respond to all resident maintenance requests within 24 hours and oversee daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds. Operate within OSHA standards while performing general furniture repair, plumbing, appliance repair, and minor electrical work. Maintain a project log, manage tool inventory, and monitor sidewalks during snow season to prevent ice build-up. Work on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for maintenance emergencies. Assist with vendor turnover periods and ensure professional appearance at all times.
