Job Summary
Complete assigned work orders promptly and conduct routine HVAC maintenance, including repairs and preventive upkeep. Prepare apartments for new residents by handling make-readys and punch lists while collaborating with office teams to uphold property standards and curb appeal. Provide top-notch customer service to residents and perform all other duties as assigned. On-call rotations are required for emergencies, and you must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
- Hold EPA licensure
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
- Provide own hand tools
- Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to operate equipment
- Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to lift up to 50lbs
