Maintenance tech

Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of golf club facilities (excluding turf/grounds) with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance, maintains clean and organized workspaces, coordinates with outside vendors for major repairs, diagnoses and resolves issues in plumbing and water systems, troubleshoots electrical systems and lighting, performs carpentry and drywall repairs, and assists with event setup when needed. Emphasizes safety, OSHA guidelines, and quality work, with the ability to use hand and power tools, work independently, and lift heavy materials. Role requires flexibility to work indoors/outdoors and potentially weekends or on-call hours. Equal employment opportunities are noted. Location is Onion Creek Club in Austin, TX.
