Job Summary
Maintenance Tech needed to support facility operations for a residential behavioral health program. Responsibilities include routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance; respond to and complete maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems; conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance; assist with grounds maintenance, equipment setup, and facility improvements; maintain organized records of completed work and maintenance activities. Requires hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, and a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent). Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screening, and be 21 or older.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience
- Experience with general trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old
