Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance; respond to and complete maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems; conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and operational; support basic grounds maintenance and upkeep; assist with equipment setup, minor installations, and facility improvements; maintain organized records of completed work and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience
- Experience with general trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old
