Job Summary
Conduct carpentry, painting, event set up and take downs, and minor electrical work and plumbing repairs. Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting. Ensure all building property is properly maintained, move furniture, arrange equipment, and carry out frequent checks of all areas. Report any faults using the correct procedure and ensure the safe, correct, and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials. Typical shift is 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri with pay ranging from $26 to $29 per hour.
