Job Summary
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery in the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant, including welding and torching screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams. Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility while strictly complying with MSHA safety requirements. Complete required MSHA Surface Training. Perform duties during 10-hour shifts on a 4-on/3-off rotation, with overtime available. This role is part of Jennmar Services' broader workforce across Coal, Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test
- Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools
Desired Qualifications
- MSHA Surface Training (training provided)
