Maintenance Tech - 2nd/3rd Shift

Job Summary
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems including CNC controls, PLCs, and robotics. Diagnose and repair issues involving hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, spindle bearings, and robot I/O while interpreting schematics and alarm codes. Manage CMMS interactions, root cause analysis, and spare parts identification within a 5S environment. Perform duties as assigned while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Work approximately 45 hours per week, core hours 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have some experience with electrical systems
- Must have experience with machine control panels
- Must have experience with automation
- Must have experience with robotics
- Must have a strong understanding of machine diagnostic
- Must be open minded
- Must be willing to learn new machine types
- Must be willing to learn preventative/predictive maintenance methods
- Must have computer skills including Microsoft Outlook
- Must have computer skills including Excel
- Must have computer skills including Word
- Must have folder navigation skills
- Must have CMMS Software skills
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to reach overhead
- Must be able to bend to floor
- Must be able to lift between 10 and 80 pounds on occasional basis
