Job Summary
Maintenance Tech on our engineering team responsible for keeping guest suites and equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks; must be knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC; assist Chief Engineer on guest suites and building/grounds maintenance; provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards; provide professional courteous service; be a team player and assist in other departments as needed; knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides; Evening shift 3pm-11pm with rotating weekends; full-time benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Required experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge.
