Maintenance Tech 2 on our engineering team responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks; assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance; ensure a safe environment for guests and hotel staff by meeting safety standards; provide professional courteous service to guests and be accommodating to various requests; be a team player and assist in other departments when needed; knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides; on-site role in Raleigh, NC.
