Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition, assisting the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects. Conduct preventative maintenance checks while maintaining safety standards and responding promptly to guest requests with professionalism. Support other departments as needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures. This role requires previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role, along with strong problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
