Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (night shift) responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment; perform general and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot programmable logic controllers and ladder logic, and engage in metal fabrication, machining, and welding. Supports engineering in the improvement of/new products and processes, participates in housekeeping to ensure safe operation, leads small team projects, and identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies while upholding safety and Trex cultural values.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Professional Attitude
- Trex Cultural Values and Beliefs
- High Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Offsite training classes periodically (1-2 weeks per year)
- Welding experience
- Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- 4-9 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
