Job Summary
Perform general property maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, lighting, locks, and general building systems. Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff, assist with apartment turns, and conduct exterior maintenance for roofs, parking areas, garages, pools, and recreational areas. Execute preventive maintenance schedules, support grounds activities like snow removal, and coordinate vendor services. Complete required documentation, logs, and safety records while maintaining equipment and work areas. Follow all safety policies, coordinate with regulatory inspectors, and provide high-level customer service. Full-time role Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of general building systems
- Experience completing work orders independently
- Certifications preferred but not required
- Solid maintenance troubleshooting
- Work order ownership
- Reliability and follow-through
