Job Summary
Maintenance Tech I role responsible for the ongoing upkeep of residential properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys/locks, appliances, and carpentry; perform preventive maintenance and move-in readiness tasks; handle exterior and grounds maintenance (roof, parking, pool/recreation areas, snow removal, trash pickup); maintain supply inventories, records, and safety compliance; provide high level of customer service and support staff in on-site property management; comfortable with on-call duties and rapid response; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of applicable maintenance experience; CPO or Boiler License and HVAC experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance tech in residential, hospitality, property management, or similar settings
- HVAC experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Follow and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Must be able to respond to on-call work orders within 30 minutes or less
Desired Qualifications
- CPO or Boiler License preferred
- HVAC experience preferred

- Ability to work from drawings, verbal instructions, or sketches
