Job Summary
Maintain, repair, clean, and inspect facility equipment including pumps, valves, air handling units, ventilators, fan coils, compressors, motors, roof exhausts, and perform tasks like rug installation, demolition, and painting. Collaborate with the Maintenance Mechanic I, use an electronic work order system, and maintain accurate time records. Interact with vendors, contractors, residents, co-workers, and visitors while reporting to work during off-hours for emergencies. Complete work order tickets and communication forms daily. Follow fire and safety procedures and use PPE as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 Years in general maintenance
- Must be able to report to work at off-hours in cases of emergency
