Job Summary
Maintenance team member responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining bakery equipment to OEM standards; diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems; use repair manuals and parts catalogs; record maintenance work performed; comply with OSHA rules and GMPs; collaborate with equipment suppliers; perform cleaning and sanitation per brand and food safety standards; adhere to lockout/tagout procedures; work in a fast-paced bakery environment and communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and basic wiring
