Job Summary
Maintenance Team Member responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the community by promptly addressing resident maintenance issues, maintaining facility and grounds, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) across plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration, pools/spas, and general repairs. Requires on-call rotation, after-hours responsiveness, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, weekend availability, and strong customer service with attention to detail. Works in both indoor and outdoor environments across the residential property, following Solidago standards and applicable health and safety procedures. Training participation and adherence to record-keeping requirements for equipment maintenance, water chemistry, and service reporting are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance isrequired
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies
