Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment by ensuring sanitation regulations are met, performing cleanups on spills, emptying trash containers, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, and floors. Actively support a culture of safety regarding food, team, and customer safety while providing products and services that meet internal and external customer requirements. Display a commitment to learn about food, share food knowledge with fellow Team Members and customers, and conduct all interactions with the highest degree of integrity to deliver unparalleled service. Follow proper procedures to ensure the store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 6 months experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in understanding lighting, HVAC and refrigeration systems within the supermarket industry
- Prior maintenance/cleaning experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
