Job Summary
Maintain store, forecourt, fueling areas, restrooms, and surrounding property cleanliness and appearance. Perform general maintenance and upkeep using hand and portable tools, including power washers and sprayers. Support Splash In car wash and vacuum equipment while managing waste and keeping coolers stocked. Assist with merchandising, deliveries, and guest service, following all safety and operational standards. Requires high school diploma, 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Full-time roles offer up to 3 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, and 401(k) matching; part-time roles include a $500 LIFE Balance Account. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service or maintenance-related experience
- Familiarity with hand and portable tools, including power washers, sprayers, and limited power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for at least 6 hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
