Job Summary
Maintenance Team Member responsible for routine maintenance and inspections of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure functionality and safety; diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, perform repairs across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; install new equipment per manufacturer specifications; maintain service records; adhere to safety protocols; collaborate with internal teams to coordinate repairs, parts orders, and service schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including gas and electric appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and refrigeration
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Familiarity with reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and service delivery
