Job Summary
Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community by ensuring resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently. Includes maintaining the facility and grounds, following safety practices and OSHA/EPA record-keeping, responding to work orders (including after-hours on-call rotations), inspecting public areas and apartments, maintaining water chemistry and sanitation for pools/spas, securing tools and storage areas, and participating in Cardinal U training. Requires experience in maintenance, knowledge of pool service, strong customer service, ability to lift 75 lbs., weekend availability, and adherence to Cardinal Culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends and be available for on call emergencies
- Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day
