Maintenance Team Member

Job Summary
Respond to work orders and after-hours maintenance requests promptly while participating in the team's on-call rotation. Maintain the facility and grounds according to community objectives, ensuring all resident issues are resolved efficiently. Perform safe operation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment in compliance with OSHA and health department standards. Inspect public areas and apartments to sustain proper maintenance standards, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and pool water chemistry. Keep storage areas, tools, and equipment secure and complete required Cardinal U training. Work inside and outside apartment buildings in all weather conditions, lifting up to 75 lbs during 8-12 hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Ability to work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Ability to work weekends
- Availability for on call emergencies
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of minimum seventy-five (75) pounds
