Job Summary
Maintenance Team Member is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community and maximizing the living experience for residents by promptly resolving resident maintenance issues, performing facility and grounds maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and EPA procedures for HVAC/refrigeration and pool/spa systems. Responsibilities include responding to work orders (including after-hours on-call), inspecting public areas and resident apartments, maintaining records for air conditioning/refrigeration and water chemistry sanitation, keeping tools and storage areas secure, and participating in Cardinal U training.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends and be available for on call emergencies
