Job Summary
Maintenance Team Member responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community and improving residents' living experience by resolving resident maintenance issues efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining the facility and grounds, following safety practices and OSHA guidelines, responding to work orders (including after-hours on-call maintenance), participating in on-call rotation, inspecting public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards, complying with EPA air conditioning and refrigeration record-keeping, adhering to health department procedures for pools and spas, keeping storage areas and tools secure, and participating in Cardinal U training. Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance, ability to lift at least 75 lbs, weekend availability, and strong customer service focus are required. The role requires physical endurance to perform 8-12 hour shifts, on-site work, and ability to work in varying weather conditions; prior maintenance experience (3-5 years) is preferred and HS diploma/GED preferred.
