Maintenance Team Member

Job Summary
Respond to work orders and after-hours maintenance requests while participating in the on-call rotation. Maintain the facility and grounds, ensuring resident apartments and public areas meet established standards. Operate and repair all facility equipment in compliance with health, safety, and OSHA programs. Manage air conditioning and refrigeration records and monitor pool water chemistry and sanitation per regulatory requirements. Keep storage areas, tools, and equipment secure. Perform 8-12 hour standing shifts, including weekends, while lifting up to 75 lbs. Work inside and outside apartment buildings in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills

- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Must be able to work 8-12 hour standing shifts

- Must be available for on call emergencies

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Rare or regular local travel may be required to assist properties as needed, attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
