Job Summary
Maintain the facility and grounds while resolving resident maintenance issues efficiently. Respond to work orders, including after-hours on-call requests, and participate in the team rotation. Inspect public areas and apartments to ensure standards are sustained. Follow strict safety, health, and EPA protocols for equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, and pool sanitation. Keep storage areas, tools, and equipment secure. Work inside and outside apartment buildings in all weather conditions, lifting up to 75 lbs. and standing for 8-12 hour shifts. Assist with training as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills

- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Must be able to work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be available for on call emergencies
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of minimum seventy-five (75) pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Rare or regular local travel may be required to assist properties as needed, attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
