Job Summary
Maintain the facility and grounds while responding to work orders and after-hours on-call requests. Inspect public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards are met, and follow strict protocols for HVAC, pool, and spa maintenance including required record-keeping. Keep storage areas secure and participate in Cardinal U training as assigned. Work 8-12 hour shifts inside and outside apartment buildings, including weekends, to protect and enhance community value while resolving resident maintenance issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- attention to detail
- basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Must be able to work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be available for on call emergencies
- Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day
- Rare or regular local travel
