Job Summary
Lead, manage and motivate the maintenance team across multiple London sites to ensure properties are safe, compliant and ready for occupancy; plan and schedule maintenance tasks to meet KPIs including fit-outs and occupancy readiness; coordinate with Operations Manager and FM Admin Team; oversee contractor relationships and performance; respond to urgent maintenance issues; conduct quality checks and provide regular reporting; authority to prioritise maintenance work across sites; role based at Cuffley with hybrid work and travel across London and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant vocational qualifications in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field
- Driving licence
- Experience managing a team of maintenance staff or contractors
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, building compliance, and property maintenance practices
